How did you get famous? What for?
I'm incredibly curious and it's been slow tonight

I would hate to be famous and have to put up with people. There are so many wonderful people that do amazing work that dont get recognised for what they do. They are the truly famous people.

I’ve just remembered another- I was at school with a member of a band called “Space” who were quite well known back in the day, we also lived in the same street.

Wait... You lived on the same street as someone from Space, of "Neighbourhood" fame? Which house number were you?

My husband is renovating a supermodels house and grounds. Then he has to come home to me ha ha. Actually was just debating eating some chocolate while writing this. So no I'm not famous but my husband works for someone who is 🤣

I'm not famous but have felt so.
I'm a teacher and have had children shouting out, "Hello Mrs G......!" in my hometown, and on holdiday in St Ives, France and Lapland !

One of my cousin's lives in Detroit and knows a member of Eminem's D12 band called Bizarre. Another cousin used to play in the same team as Christian Pulisic of Chelsea FC. My cousin also had trials for Real Madrid and Ajax

My DHs family are famous through aristocracy. Large house, well known name, open to the public etc We have (part time) apartments in the House, it's OK but it has been hard on our kids as they have to behave all the time and everyone stares at them when we visit. Everyone knows us at home in our local area so going to the dentist & dr is not great. My MiL is a bitch and keeps telling us 'you have to remember who you are'. I will not allow my children to be stuck up and pompous, they are old enough now to enjoy it but in a respectful way. I came from a very middle class background so hubby & kids stay grounded.

Hubby gets recognised sometimes, he does historical re-enacting in schools, castles and museums.
People sometimes recognise him from this. He isn't famous though.

I host shows for a certain karaoke app, but I’m certainly not famous. You wouldn’t know of me outside the app. If you use the app you may or may not know me. If you do, I’m smiling, and saying hi to you awkwardly 😅

My son is sort of famous and knows lots of famous people. I know lots of famous people and have worked with lots of famous people ... and my husband has swum The Channel - so he should be terribly famous - but actually isn't!

I prefer to be anonymous tbh. I have it on VERY good authority that fame isn't all it's cracked up to be - especially in the age of t'internet!!

Seriously - hide under a rock, wear your slops and drink wine or gin - it's the way forward!
