To have more than one bottle of shower gel on the go at the same time?

I love nice shower gels - not expensive ones but things like Treacle Moon, Original Source etc which i mostly buy when they're on offer! Usually I just open one at a time, and finish the whole bottle before starting a new one, but the other day, I fancied a different "flavour" so now I have 2 on the go ...... is this pushing frivolity too far, and should i really just go back to a bar of carbolic soap?!

I think shower gel is crap, but if you like it op then carry on!

2 for me! A plain Sanex one for morning scrubs when I want to feel squeaky clean. And a dove foam which is just so indulgent and smells lush to use just before bed.

We have three on the go. Agree with PP I don't want to smell the same every day.

@JuiceyBetty god dove I love that but I haven't bought any for ages. I'm getting some of that next time I go shopping.

Always have multiple soaps, shower cremes/gels and bubble bath/bath oils on the go!

I'm not sure anyone was saying only bar soap was environmentally sound. I have a great eco shop locally and I buy shampoo bars and refills of conditioner there, plus various household stuff. I still prefer bar soap in the shower/bath though. I think it's better for my skin.

YABU I think it’s so much easier to clean the bathroom with just one shower gel, one shampoo, one conditioner and one face wash.

Aren’t refill shops expensive? There’s one in Notting Hill and it’s crazy. Although it is NH I guess.
