I live with a nurse. Many of his behaviours and movements suggest dementia or stroke. Alongside being an intrinsically evil piece of work from the start.

I also thought his eyes looked so strange in the car when he left Walter Reed I genuinely wondered if he'd been replaced by a lookalike. Though I'd have only believed in him having left this mortal coil and put the rest of us out of his misery if we'd all been able to see the body, bluntly.

I assumed because of the way he spoke it could indicate a stroke or dementia. But then I say old footage and he seems to have always spoken like a slightly confused 3 year old.
