To expect Tesco to deliver my order in bags?

Got a delivery today & had to unpack it & put in my own bags. Is this the new normal for Tesco? Asda charge 40p for a bagged delivery - is this an option with Tesco now?

I've googled but can't find any up to date news about it.

we order from tesco and don'tpay or bags. The delivery driver stacks the trays at the door, and I decant them onto those big soft fibre bags (forlife?) to move everything to the kitchen.Only takes a couple of minutes .
If |I wanted bags they are 40 p each and I'd need 3 or four per week, waste of money

My Tesco delivery is brought into the kitchen where I unpack each box. I always ask the driver if he is allowed to and if he is willing to and so far they all have. We distance, wear masks, then sanitise. But I always pay for the tray liners just in case one day they might say no to bringing it inside.

I HATE the tray liners
Everything falls out
They are overfilled and too heavy
Can’t reuse them as rubbish or whatever like you can with carriers

Just stupid
