What would it be? Mine would be a Sunday roast with all the trimmings

A mix of crusty and seeded breads, hummus, a lovely creamy vegan blue cheese (if I could find one) olives and a lovely mixed salad. Crisp white wine to drink and summer pudding for afters.

Spaghetti bolognese. Made by me.

I should have stated that there can be NO variations to your chosen meal. Once you've decided, that's the version that you'll eat for each meal for the rest of your life... And NO puddings with it. Its just ONE choice of meal. Thats why I chose a roast with literally everything as there's so much deliciousness going on plus I'm a bit greedy!

I think it would be roast dinner too probably lamb or chicken. All the veg stated by the op sound perfect too but absolutely no mashed potatoes or gravy of any sort. The meat should be soft and tender so no need for gravy imo and it ruins the crispness of the potatoes for me

Also yes to Yorkshire pudding even with lamb or chickenBlush
