A new business has appeared on my Facebook page delivering afternoon tea and sandwich platters. It's called Picky Bits. Aibu to want to block them just because of the name?

Picky Bits really can fuck right off. Horrible twee shite.

I spotted one at a local christmas market called Muff-Cakes grin To be fair she sold muffins and cakes, but c'mon! It's a stupid name.

My American friend (who lives in England) finds the UK usage of
“bits” for any kind of food item inexplicably hilarious. Whenever he hears it he gets this maniacal gleam in his eye, licks his lips, enunciates - very slowly and clearly - “bbbbbbittttsss.” and then raises his eyebrows and gives a quick nod. I have to admit, it’s kind of funny.

I guess you had to be there...
