Natalie Portman - happy about this
Hilary Swank - not so happy
Natalie Wood - had to Google her
Someone once asked for my autograph when I was 17...they thought I was Billie Piper 🤔

When the Big Breakfast had Kelly Brook on it I used to get actually mistaken for her (god knows why I don’t even have brown eyes). It often came in handy.

These days I swear I’m more Robbie Coltrane.

My friend's five-year-old niece thought I looked like Alice in Wonderland (I had long hair, at a time most 12yos didn't).

When I was a teenager one of the boys in my year said I looked like Annie Lennox - he used to sing "Thorn in my side" at me on the bus.

When the film Elizabeth was new an older friend told me I looked like Cate Blanchett.

The American actress Helen Hunt ( in that 1990’s sitcom Mad About You). I can see the resemblance as well, it’s the pointy nose

I've been told I look like Helen Baxendale. Also because of the pointy nose. Still a massive compliment.

I have had so many comparisons over the years. The only similarity is an oval face shape and dark brown hair.

I bear a passing resemblance to kristin kreuk, so as a kid I used to get followed around a bit when she was in smallville. To the point my creepy ex landlord sent me a picture of an advert with a note, asking me if I was the model (it was her!). Yuck (to him - she’s beautiful! I wish I looked like her - I don’t even wear my hair like hers, my hair isn’t straight).

I've definitely got a common face!
In my younger days Victoria Beckham, Rachel Stevens and Jessica Taylor from Liberty X. Now I get Famke Janssen, the actress who plays Angela in Power, and Nicole Scherzinger (I wish!). Dark hair and features 🤷🏻‍♀️

I get Kate winslet quite a lot!

I used to get Cheryl Cole when I was younger with long dark hair!

When I was working in mental health. I used to give out a video she did about hyperventilation, explaining the physiology in simple terms and demonstrating the exercises.

I once walked into a support group for people who had panic attacks to find them arguing over whether or not it was me in the video.

None. I do look like Kevin Pressman when I smile though.
