Which days are you taking off at Xmas?

Looks like I'll be off 18th Dec to 3rd of Jan - seems a bit too long if anything!

I don't have kids so I'm tempted to spend less time off at Xmas and squeeze in a quick holiday somewhere (taking all the necessary precautions of course)

May take the week before off but its year end so I am in between Xmas and NY (and early Jan!)

I don't know what I'll get. Be working 2 of Christmas Day, Boxing Day or NYD at least. Monday is usually my day off but because it's a Bank holiday I have to take it as annual leave or work it (would prefer to do that tbh as get enhanced pay!). Can't book any time off at all in December. Usually we work every other weekend but due to staffing changes that's buggered up so I don't even know which weekends I won't be working and likely won't until mid November.

We shit down on the 23rd reopen 4th Jan but I'll be on maternity leave so all of Dec
