So Next have always been pretty good for service and logistics but lately the things I've ordered online never turn up, obviously they take the money and I've opted to click and collect next day and then nothing happens, it doesn't even leave the warehouse on their tracker. Customer services don't respond either.
Has anyone else had an issue with this? I wonder if they're struggling. I would say it may be COVID related but I haven't had an issue with any other retailer.
This has happened twice now, I'm not sure I'll bother again.

It's been a polyester palace for years now.

It has been a few years since I shopped at Next for my sons. I used to buy some lovely things for them as teens and young adults - all Next own label.
I went on line last night to buy some new tops for one son and was shocked - everything was trashy logo-ed sports brand stuff. none of the beautiful design and quality items I had been used to purchasing before. i could not believe it was the same shop.
I clearly cannot shop there again.

Next was great in the 80s. Great for both work and casual wear. It’s just dreary stuff on offer these days. If it doesn’t up it’s game, I can see it going the same way as Laura Ashley.

No, I've been very impressed of late. Placed an order on Thursday and it arrived in Spain with me today. And I can see the process in pounds on the labels we're more than I paid in euros so I'm very pleased!

Yes, it seems to have got worse in all areas. Hermes delivering definitely do not help either and their new website makes it harder to see where orders have disappeared to. I find it hard to find things that are in stock as well, I do not want to wait 6-8 weeks for a t shirt, it will be winter then. Quality has become awful with nasty fabrics and their descriptions are so brief that if you find something in stock and Hermes manage to deliver it you often find its made from some kind of sparkly shit that wasn't mentioned in the description and didn't show in the photo. Then to cap it no free return. (There means are still good though)

I've ordered loads of stuff from the online clearance over the past few months, I'm still waiting for some to arrive. I thought it was due to the virus & people ordering online, & they're waiting for people to return stock before they can send it on to you. Although I've had a few decent things but most of it's gone back as it's just not suitable, a small size hoody was more like XXL! I was furious one day when I got a message to collect, I rushed up right away only to be told that they'd received a massive order & to come back the next day! Or I'd collect one thing, arrive home & get another text to say that I had another item to collect.

Well having waxed lyrical about them earlier in this thread I just took delivery of some new curtains and they have sent the wrong damn curtains. Completely different colour and design. When I tried to ring their customer line to ask them to send me the correct ones there was a message to say wait time was 50 mins! Now I'm annoyed and want to change my earlier post 😀

@Icequeen01 oh noooooo! Join our 'Next has gone to the dogs' gang 😆 I've noticed my jumper is labelled on my order confirmation as a North Face Overnight Bag, so if I get one of those I'm keeping it as it's 10x the price of the jumper 😄
