Just that.

Plops stuff on toast in a sort of blob then smudges it a bit. What sort of insane person doesn't spread to the edges.

AIBU? I think not!

Bit of a late-comer... but I seem to have some kind of physical inability to spread butter on bread! No matter what I do i just end up scraping chunks of bread up instead, what am I doing wrong?!

Think it stems from really hating butter when I was younger, still don't like it in a sandwich (sue me, I want to taste the filling not have my tastebuds coated), only when I'm eating it on it's own with bread.

But, I do love copious amounts of butter on toast, right to the edges until it's dripping through like a crumpet. Or even better, don't spread it on, load up the butter just before taking each mouthful.

I leave the edges of toast dry so that I can dip them in my tea.

There have been a lot of threads about abuse, but this one is the worst.

Make a plan and LTB.

I only hope there’s no kids witnessing this.
What a terrible role model.

mogloveseggs · 23/08/2020 19:35

Are you married to my dh?

ILiveInSalemsLot · 23/08/2020 19:43

Is the toast toasted though? There may be hope if it is but if he’s dumping in the centre of limp ‘toast’ aka warm bread, I’d be having serious words Angry (and I have done)

@Chouxalacreme

Kegels?
🤣

OP I'd book him in for some lessons, otherwise you're looking at a lifetime of disappointing toast - a lifetime!
