Men flirting on a word game - annoying

So - I recently started playing Words with Friends and have been really annoyed with the times male players have sent me weird messages.

My profile picture isn't particularly attractive- it is a silly one

No woman on the game has messaged me except to say well done

I am so annoyed that I have deleted the app and I was really enjoying (aside from the creeps)

AIBU to want to play a game without some men being weird and creepy. I know IANBU but I am just so frustrated

I play wwf2 periodically, but only had 1 creepy bloke so far. I just blocked him. I only started playing this year though. I send the odd well done or 'what a great word' message but that's about it. I'm not that good though so probably won't challenge anyone on here :) Although if anyone wants to improve their stats my username is Neptune96. Feel free to challenge and say hello.

They're scammers, at some point the teenager would need an operation costing a couple of grand and then they would want to come and visit you but there's a problem and you'd need to send money, then they would be ill/kidnapped and need money, and so on.

I've been playing the same guy for a couple of years. I didn't realise my profile pic changed from generic cartoon to what I updated my Facebook profile to - he started talking to me. Tried to brush it off but also I like playing him. Sent him a link to this thread. He resigned!
