To be so nervous for a colonoscopy

I've got my first ever colonoscopy on Tuesday morning 😣

Tomorrow at one I start my course of moviprep at 1pm - not looking forward to that either!

I'm being sedated but I'm so nervous for the procedure.

Docs suspect crohns in my large bowel so hopefully it won't have to go 'in' too far.

If they see anything, will they tell me there and then?

Need some words of encouragement and random 'I bet you're shitting it' jokes please

@binkyblinky. Grin. I haven't been which makes me even more worried. Where did it go? Hope it didn't come out all over the doctor during the procedure without me realising.

@Lookyloo I hope they call back soon.

The prep made me really poorly. I was sick a couple of times the morning of the procedure. Procedure ok as I was drugged up but I do have a tight corner in my bowel which made it hurt.

However the day after the colposcopy I remember my stomach didn't hurt for the first time in years. Literally all the crap had gone. I stuck to brown rice and veg for a bit IIRC.
