First day on period,vag feels like its going to fall out and I've got severe pain and sugar/carb cravings.Im calorie counting and ive been doing so well but feel like I might cave today.

YABU.

It needs to be Nutella and peanut butter.

But that Vegemite though.

(I am trying to picture any adequate man barging into a thread about menstruation woes. Nope. There are limits to the human imagination, after all.)

Perhaps there should be a ban on discussing periods on mumsnet, a primarily female focussed website? Just because A Man popped along and said so. We should also do what @GinDaddyRedux says, after all, he is A Man.
