My last thread was deleted because I was not being "civil" enough, I don't actually think it is a subject there is much room for civility in, but I will try!

My last post was to try and answer some questions about me. Here they are

I think I have answered these.

No I am not a strict vegetarian. I don't buy milk or dairy, but eat it in other peoples houses,

no I don't fly,

foodmiles, well, I take them into consideration, but they are not the only indicator of the environmental impact of food. Tomatoes grown in a heated greenhouse 2 miles away might have more environmental impact than tomatoes grown outside in Spain, and flown in.

I have 2 adopted children, 1 is an adult no longer living at home I currently have 3 foster children, but that is likely to change this week

Yes I have a pet, it came with one of the adopted children.

No I don't smoke

@allfalldown47

And to echo others, if this was true, you would be on extremely dodgy ground.

Your post is incredibly outing. How many people foster, teach a ridiculous amount of hours, are single and walk 10 miles a day?

If you genuinely were fostering trafficked children, you wouldn't even mention it on here, let alone reveal so much other detail!

I have answered questions which were asked. No one can identify me or my children. There are thousands such victims all around the UK No one in real life knows my foster children are freed slaves. Teachers struggling to get to work during the pandemic are very common teachers who work such long hours are very common. Teachers who are foster careers are relatively common too. One of my children has moved on this afternoon. Two other will be moving on in the next 48 hours. Then I will have others, at some stage.

@Coldemort

I'm with you on this one OP. I actually dont drive, and manage to get around fine on public transport or by using my legs. A lot of people find this astounding. Of course there are exceptions but a healthy person shouldn't be considering driving short distances. I'm not always convinced its quicker or less stressful, especially if it's in a built up area. We're just conditioned to jump in the car automatically. On a side note, no one is saying give up driving. OP is just asking you to consider if the journey warrants a car. I had a similar jump on when I went vegan 5 days a week, apparently if you dont do it 100%, and wear a hairshirt, it's not even worth trying.
I love this, particularly vegan 5 days a week. I think that is a fantastic idea. So much better for the environment than not having any vegan days at all, but probably health wise, and financially, easier to manage than attempting to do it full time

A number of us recognise you from yesterday's thread and are wondering why you posted about different numbers of children and how now they are fostered but yesterday they were contraception fsilures? Oh and how's your dog?

JuanNil · 28/07/2020 18:24

Yes, it was OP that said she had the contraceptive failure. A PP said : "If the OP was worried about pollution she/he wouldn't have had five children"

And her response was "Contraception failure. Not that it's any of your business Mr/s Snoopy"

Included complete with typo.

Nicknacky · 28/07/2020 18:25

If you are actually a foster care then you are an utter disgrace and should not have vulnerable young people in your care.

I feel really strongly about that due to my own line of work.

GinDaddyRedux · 28/07/2020 18:26

@JuanNil

Yes, it was OP that said she had the contraceptive failure. A PP said : "If the OP was worried about pollution she/he wouldn't have had five children"

And her response was "Contraception failure. Not that it's any of your business Mr/s Snoopy"

Included complete with typo.

I don't think @mosquitofeast will ever acknowledge this properly. Ever.

As. long as lots of people are typing in this thread, they are happy. Who cares about the facts when you can troll anonymously to your hearts content and never truly get pulled up on it?

mosquitofeast · 28/07/2020 18:26

@Nicknacky

It was you that posted about your contraception failure. I read it and I always have the OP posts highlighted so it’s easy not to confuse them.
You have confused me with another op on another thread then, as I never even saw a question on contraception failure yesterday, and certainly never said I had suffered any! You must have been reading a different thread
OP posts:
GinDaddyRedux · 28/07/2020 18:28

No, no -

You keep gaslighting people @mosquitofeast telling them what they must have got "confused" by.

I was on the board and read the same thing.

DeltaFlyer · 28/07/2020 18:29

In your other thread you claim to work on a project about getting children freed from slavery into education.
2nd job? Hmm

WanderingMilly · 28/07/2020 18:30

What, this again?
I am all for caring for the environment and try to use my car as little as possible....I also walk a lot.
But as I live rurally and do need to collect food to eat/see friends and family and so forth, yes, I use my car on those occasions.

JuanNil · 28/07/2020 18:30

So tell me... was this not your thread?

To ask drivers not to

drive between the hours of 8am and 8pm as your stinking petrol fumes badly affect my small children's and dog's lungs. Thank you in advance for your consideration.*

Nicknacky · 28/07/2020 18:31

DeltaFlyer Well, she only works 16 hours a day at her main job so that leaves plenty of time for another 😂

LastRoloIsMine · 28/07/2020 18:34

mosquitofeast

It was your thread.
I am bored on leave and do little but read mn. There was no other thread that asked drivers in a good way to stop driving. You even said as much in your OP for this thread!

mosquitofeast · 28/07/2020 18:34

@LastRoloIsMine

I live opposite a primary school and an Academy and neither have ever been open at 5am.

The earliest the caretaker opens the gates is 7am. And there is only 1 way in to the car park.

depends on the school. In particular whether it is cleaned before school or after school. Most schools I have worked in open around 7. This one opens at 4. Its not unique, by any means. Many school cleaners will have more than one job, one before school and one after. If every school was cleaned after school instead of before, agencies would need twice as many cleaners, wouldn't they. And would be able to offer those cleaners only half as many hours. Which is why agencies offer some schools early morning cleaning, and some schools evening cleaning. And if the school is open early, teachers are generally allowed in early. And if the school is open late, teachers are generally allowed to stay late. That's how it works.

mosquitofeast · 28/07/2020 18:35

@Toomboom

If you live in a rural area with very little buses then you have no choice but to use a car. We are lucky to get one bus an hour through our village, and these stop before 6pm, none at all on a Sunday. I would never have been able to get my son to his hospital appointments by public transport --- hospital 45 miles each way. I would never be able to visit my parents on public transport, or it would take me hours to do so. it would be getting a bus from the village [ if running ], getting a train [ once an hour ] to a different station, changing trains into London, then having to get a train out to Cambridge, then get a bus to their village [ if running ]. This would take at least 8 hours. I will drive and it takes me two.

It's great if you live in a city and have everything at your disposal, but a lot of us aren't that lucky.

Absolutely there are people who to drive, they are not the people I am talking to
OP posts:
DoTheNextRightThing · 28/07/2020 18:36

I can't drive so 👌🏻 cannae blame me

But yeah YABU - I'm pretty sure most people use them as little as possible but we don’t have wings and our feet can only take us so far. I'm normally on public transport all the time but not with this pandemic going on.

Mydogisthebestest · 28/07/2020 18:36

You didn’t answer me about hypothetically using my car instead of public transport to reduce the risk to others as I can’t wear a mask.

GinDaddyRedux · 28/07/2020 18:38

Great post @DeltaFlyer and this is exactly what they posted.

It seems @mosquitofeast is steadfastly ignoring this though...

LastRoloIsMine · 28/07/2020 18:38

mosquitofeast

I cannot be arsed to quote you but no.
Scho cleaners generally work when school finishes or start at 7am.
I dont believe a word of what you are posting and I am surprised its stayed up this long.
Your story resembles Swiss cheese.

I hate it when trolls don't even bother to keep their story straight. No bloody commitment. Tut.

mosquitofeast · 28/07/2020 18:38

@LastRoloIsMine

you have got me muddled up with somebody else. Possibly somebody else that was posting on my thread yesterday, I don't know, I didn't get to read it. I have never had a contraception failure. My children don't have asthma. All are fostered or adopted

I also saw that thread and you did indeed say contraception failure and you said the pollution was unfair on your dog.

YOu have got me confused with someone else, I never said this, or mentioned a dog

Indeed. Should be called ostrichfeast instead
mosquitofeast · 28/07/2020 18:40

@allfalldown47

If your working hours are true, I strongly suggest you seek help. If anyone at my school was working anything like those hours, senior management would be offering extra training and finding ways of helping someone who is clearly struggling!
senior management are not interested. I do struggle with the workload at times, but so does everybody. There is no training that can help with a workload that is simply to much.

No problem with my memory all OP posts are highlighted green so I know exactly what you said and did not confuse it with others posts as they are all white.

Also there is a screen shot of the codswallop you posted yesterday.
