Apparently My abusive ex DH thinks I’m a psycho and I he described me as demented today on a social media post! I just wondered if anyone else is in the same boat and could regale me with your tales? Some of the things my ex DH got up to are so far fetched you wouldn’t believe them!

I'm not an ex-wife, but I am a psycho ex. When I found out about my XP's cheating, I became a psycho.

Being a psycho is fairly easy. You just get pushed, dragged and thrown around, punched and kicked.

When the police turn up and arrest your OH, you go away. He tells OW you are a psycho, and she believes him.

One day she'll be a psycho too. All his exes are psychos.

We weren't married but i'm a sick, twisted, abusive psycho who he's petrified of apparently despite his numerous convictions for violence. His partner (he told me they had split up and they hadn't) tells everyone i'm a fruitcake who groomed him and used him for sex as i'm a nympho (he's 27 btw, not a child) and he got his Mum to report me to my employers for harassing him because I told him i'd report him to the Police if he threatened me again. I'm a bit pissed off I used to defend her when he'd call her a fucking whore and threaten to beat her up.

I'm looking for a boyfriend (sometimes I wonder why) and the amount of men out there with 'psycho exes' is hilarious... hmmm when they say that now I see it as a red flag because not all these poor women can be psychos!!

By the way I really do suffer from MH problems including psychosis at times so i actually wince every time someone uses the word psychotic or psycho in the wrong context.

Yes, yes. Guilty of waking my ex at 7.30 am in NYC on 11 September 2001 and telling him to get to the World Trade Center NOW otherwise the queue for tickets to the viewing platform would be massive.

While I was the chef, the cleaner, the bread winner, grew and fed the tiny humans, etc and he gambled everything away without permission. But I will be the psycho ex, I will be the one keeping the kids away from him, even though the decision was made by multiple agencies including the police, social services and the courts. Hmm... 🤔

I'm in. Mine thinks I am completely deranged and a pathological liar. He messed with my head so much that I have no idea what was true or not, so maybe I am. Haven't set eyes on him in 5 years but am still terrified of him. But I'M the crazy one.
