@fuuuuuuck

I do get it. I disagree with your point of view.

I agree with you in the fact that you didn't call me stupid, ugly etc or any of the other women who wear clothes that you don't like. Nor did I use the world bully or cruel, you did!

What I was hoping you'd take responsibility for was the fact that you've called something that other people who are reading this , "fugly"......fucking ugly.

Perhaps just spare a few seconds for those women who are reading these comments about their choice of clothes..........surely you MUST agree that this isn't nice?

I would never take the piss about some of your clothes in your wardrobe.......or say how horrific they are because I'd be wary of hurting your feelings.

Anyway, it's not just you, there's lots of comments on the thread that are unkind, I'm just appealing to your better nature I guess about what impact your comments have on others.

I know I shouldn't give a fuck about what strangers think but I do care about how women shouldn't mock others

ambereeree · 19/06/2020 09:42

It's got 9 good reviews.
I can imagine though if I was under 30 I would definitely wear it in black!

Merryoldgoat · 19/06/2020 09:47

A) I didn’t use the word fugly at all, except to clarify it means fucking ugly rather than fat and ugly.

B) You didn’t call me those things but I am able to infer from your comments that you and one other poster think that.

C) There are plenty of women who have said they liked it without taking personal offence. I have frequently seen stuff I have in my wardrobe criticised and it literally doesn’t bother me in the slightest. I literally don’t give two fucks what people think of my clothing.

I’m sorry if you are affected by other people’s opinions but I said nothing offensive - expressing dislike for a piece of clothing is not an attack.

Oh for god sake, the op didn't take the piss out of a specific person, it's a dress on a website.
People really need to get a grip. How do you go through life being so sensitive to everything?

fuuuuuuck · 19/06/2020 10:10

@Wewearpinkonwednesdays @Merryoldgoat

I'm out! You win

Merryoldgoat · 19/06/2020 10:22

I stopped at "billowing organza"

hopelessbusiness · 19/06/2020 11:13

@pogostick thanks for sharing. I can't un-see that now. Dear god, my eyes!!

WendyHoused · 19/06/2020 11:26

The stupidest dress I’ve seen since the M&S pink one

nevermorelenore · 19/06/2020 11:48

Ha, I'd probably wear the black one if I was young and skinny again. But the green one... it looks like baby shits or that colour they put on fag packets to discourage people from smoking. Just need a picture of some diseased lungs to complete the effect.

sqirrelfriends · 19/06/2020 11:59

I'm looking at the black one in the "styled by you" section and some people really pull it off, looks quite edgy with a chunky boot.

No such section for the baby-poo green version. I would love to see it styled by someone who knows what they're doing, I wouldn't have a clue!

PicsInRed · 19/06/2020 12:03

😂😂😂 I saw this in my ads the other day and KNEW it would be this.

😂😂😂😂😂

EmbarrassedUser · 19/06/2020 12:06

I’m always scared to add images to threads like this just in case I post a picture of someone’s favourite ever item of clothing or if (worse) they’re wearing it right then!

Proudofmynane · 19/06/2020 12:21

Thank you OP!! I'm actually crying with laughter!! I thought the olive green was the pinnacle of WTF...... but no..... theres a black spotty one!! You could wear it for revenge to a wedding I suppose!!

MummyMayo1988 · 19/06/2020 12:25

I saw this dress the other day while "screen shopping".
Also thought this one was particularly hideous 😬

or is this the ugliest dress ever?
category12 · 19/06/2020 12:45

I can see Baga Chipz in that ^

That one reminds me of the covers that the Hyacinth Buckets of my grandparents’ generation used to put over their loo rolls!

@MummyMayo1988

That looks like a lampshade!!

That is UGLY as hell, who on earth would buy that?

MummyMayo1988 · 19/06/2020 15:31

I know, right?!
I bet it's really see through too.
Looks like an old rag and they want £49 for it 😬😲

MummyMayo1988 · 19/06/2020 15:32

😂😂😂

My nan had one in pink!

Lovely13 · 19/06/2020 19:08

Would look better without the sleeves. And nicer shoes. Model seems very unimpressed by it.

Model's expression is "I can't believe the shit they put me in. It itches like a bastard"
