Why are ASDA normalising paedophilia and Child Abuse?

Sunkisses · 16/06/2020 08:02

Is it OK for ASDA to send parents emails linking to an organisation that normalises paedophilia with red flag phrases such as "love has no age", and recommending books for children that contain explicit descriptions of child sex abuse? Why are they doing this? Are ASDA experts in home schooling and safeguarding? More details in this excellent thread by Safe Schools Alliance: twitter.com/SafeSchools_UK/status/1272638132589035520

So basically it's ok, I wasn't abused, it was just normal sex, cause 6yr olds do that.

Why are ASDA normalising paedophilia and Child Abuse?

@Ereshkigalangcleg

Safe Schools Alliance legally challenge schools where child safeguarding is not being adhered to. Recently 16 local authorities and even the CPS have had to take down gender identity based "schools toolkits" for legal review/revision as they were likely to be subject to a court challenge for failing to safeguard female pupils and respect their rights.

Oh god this really worries me. Why are schools not being massively penalised for not checking stuff themselves?

Why aren’t any campaigning groups being investigated if they influence schools and don’t comply? What is the safe schools alliance didn’t exist? Thank goodness they do.

I knew nothing about this.

Thinking of Asda’s key customer base they could have done some amazing work for child poverty couldn’t they? Got involved at making sure that children got fed over the school holidays now that the government has acknowledged schools will close completely for summer.

But that’s all too much effort and most probably a larger cost to them. Why actually care for children when you can advocate for diverse sexual role models instead? We know how important it is for seven year olds to understand queer theory, I mean that’s what keeps them healthy in 2020 right?

Any 6 or 7 year old who turns up at school and talks about sex, or uses certain words - and that’s a safeguarding issue.

Exactly. An adult ought to suspect they are being abused or sexualised in some inappropriate way.

This kind of appalling 'training' that ASDA are pushing, will sexualise the vocabulary of all young children and so make it harder to spot the red flags of abuse. I agree that is NOT a coincidence. I think it is a deliberate strategy. Both to groom children and to save abusers from detection.

Similar to the way that IMO, the mantra of "unquestioning affirmation" of gender/body dysphoric children who describe themselves as trans, stops anyone asking questions about whether the child has been sexually abused and whether this abuse is at the heart of of their feelings about their sexed/sexualised body.

Horrific.

We all know the saying 'There is no such thing as bad publicity, if people have clicked on those ASDA learning packs, make sure you clear your browsing data, if you don't they still get something valuable off you as their cookies will observe your Internet habits. Sad

I remember the 70s. Sure there was a group around back then with a similar motto. What was it again? Cake, bin, pastie, tart...? Someone will remember?

Everybody on this thread who hasn’t yet visited Feminism Chat needs to do so. Time to read up (and become yet more horrified).

This is what we’ve been trying to warn people about for years now.

They are using LGBTWhatever as the trojan horse for this, it has been a strategy for years
Yy iirc one of the founders of one of the LGB organisations has been very vocal about this. He said they were always very aware of trying to safeguard the organisation and the LGB cause because paedophiles were always trying to find a way to infiltrate.
It's been clear to lots of people that there are a swathe of current activists who are basically PIE for the 2000s. What's disturbing is that so many corporates and politicians are supporting them. I simply don't believe they can all be that naive.

That "game" is from a pack for schools written by the an organisation called the "Proud Trust". It is suggested that teachers might play this with a class of children from 13 year upwards. Frankly any adult using that with children in schools is likely to be committing a criminal act under one of the sexual offences laws. But that doesn't seem to stop any of these adult pressure groups currently targeting schools Sad

Thanks Truth.

There needs to be some kind of quality control on the organisations allowed to advise schools.

If Diversity 'Role Models' turn up at your kids' school, please kick up an almighty stink. They are SO dodgy. Most of these 'diversity' and 'inclusion' groups who have jumped on the RSE gravy train are. Research any groups who your school has book thoroughly and vet all the materials used in RSE and PSHE. The Government have created a safeguarding nightmare with compulsory RSE, with over stretched schools outsourcing it to these seriously dodgy, pro-pornography, pro-prostitution, pro-paedophilia, pro-gender ideology activist groups. Parents have to be really proactive and on the case.

Did people on this thread hear about the children (yes, children!) who were given a homework task to research hardcore porn?

Schools have fallen in a big way on a huge scale and it’s hugely damaging to children and a travesty of safeguarding.

Apparently, 'Diversity Role Models' have been flagged in the past by safeguarding organisations as not age-appropriate for the groups they say they aim at.

The scary thing is... Just looking at the email itself (not clicking through any links), it looks very positive! I can absolutely see busy, stressed out parents getting this, and just forwarding it on to the secondary school child! People just trust that large national companies have done their due diligence!

My eyes have slowly been opening to all of this in the last six months, and since the JK Rowling twitter furore I am now wide awake. I cannot believe that we have collectively sleep walked into a situation (apart from the brave minority who have been desperately trying to call our attention to this for years) where women's rights are being dismantled and our children are being sexualised by the state, in schools. I might not have done anything about it until now but I'm sure as hell going to do it now.
