To ask what foods make you sneeze?

For me, it's dark chocolate, and extra strong mints. So weird!

Horseradish sauce and raw unions.
Pear drops, any sweets with artificial banana or pear in them and over ripe bananas make me cough.

Ginger beer always makes me sneeze. Only the first sip though, fine after that and yes I know its a drink and not a food

Really hot curry makes me sneeze and my nose run.

Strong cheese gives me a hot flush.

Cleaning my ear with a cotton bud makes my throat itch.. but that's not food !

White pepper

Dark chocolate for me too! OP, I have never met anyone else like me, it's so weird. Sometimes the first sip of strong alcohol too, like whiskeys

Limes - especially if I’m zesting them

Pancakes

No food makes me sneeze, but I can't pluck my eyebrows without sneezing. Every single time.

Anything mint.

I often sneeze non stop at 11 pm, it's like an allergy sneeze.I end up with a binged up nose and watering eyes.
No problem with food though!

Toothpaste.

I also sneeze when I’m full. Not a good look in restaurants.

Black pepper.

The curry powder sachet in instant noodles

Fresh pineapple and kiwi make the back of my throat itchy then I sneeze. I guess it's some kind of mild intolerance.

Chewing gum

Dark chocolate makes my dd sneeze too.

Another toothpaste

Red wine - but not white - makes my daughter sneeze

Hot tea gives my sister hiccoughs

Tomato soup, it gives me an itch under my chin for hours as well.

Onions make me sneeze like crazy

When I used to drink cider it made my shoulders ache

Baileys. Every time, just the first sip.

Polos.

If you sneeze when eating dark chocolate you have a high amount of Neanderthal genes in you. I read this when I had my DNA done. 🦍

Strong mints here too. Or chewing gum like airways.

My best friend at school used to sneeze if she had more than one polo. I always thought it was so strange ( and hilarious ) but I guess it's quite common.
