Same as another poster; I'd open them, & if they smell okay I'd cook them & if they still smell okay I'd eat them. I probably wouldn't let the kids (4&1) eat them though.

Are these things frozen OP? Because most people don't have that much out of date meat in their fridges. Frozen meat is perfectly safe to eat long after its use by date, provided it's not thawed and refrozen. I often buy reduced meat on its use by date and freeze it the same day.

It was use by date, my mistake and they weren’t frozen - they were binned 2 or 3 days ago
