So not the usual glossybox/ craft gin / Gousto ... I'm looking for something unusual that I may not have heard of before

For info, I subscribe to Leaf Envy, Bumboo and I receive various beauty boxes as part of my job so get all those.

So.. what is out there I may not be aware of?

It’s called TokyoTreat. They do boxes with stationery, and also rare noodles, whatever they are!

I've just seen the teatime bookshop advertised which is really reasonable. You get preloved books, tea/coffee and biscuits sent you house. Prices start around £7.99..they have toddler ones too with finger puppets. Anyone used them before?

Stack magazines - where you get a different non-mainstream magazine every month. Splosh cleaning products.

Just Freddie's Flowers for me. I would love a house plant one, but I kill all of my plants.

Wouldn't mind a book subscription if anyone knows of a good one.

I love flowers, spend far too much on them.

I had a spell / pagan subscription for a short while from a little crystal and pagan supply shop in Devon.

PollyPelargonium52 · 07/05/2020 12:56

The Mountain Astrologer magazine which comes out every two months. An American magazine read all over the world by both professional astrologers and astrology fans. Bet nobody on here knows of this publication!

Red Tub garden mint glaze for lamb and bbq for chicken. A tub of each every four months. It’s lush.

Littlepond · 07/05/2020 16:07

Thanks to this thread I now have a women’s Boxers and socks subscription from Oddballs 🙈😂

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 07/05/2020 18:10

I've indulged too Little, but I've just ordered one pair and some socks for DH to check what the quality's like.

@FelicityFlockheart @DareDevil223 Lead Envy looks fab!!

Do you have a discount code you can share please? Am looking to get a six month six subscription paid up front. Thanks 😊

FelicityFlockheart · 07/05/2020 20:45

@ilovewinterpansies try the code PLANTPARTY for 10% off. I know I had another code but god knows where that is!

I just ordered a rubber plant and a pot from them the other day. I'm getting quite addicted!

@FelicityFlockheart thank you! Just tried and it didn't work ☹️ thanks so much for sending though.

Might just opt for the 6 or 9 month subscription and get the discount that way 😊

Naked Wines, it works like crowd funding for small producers and I get a case every few months.
Who Gives a Crap for loo roll. When the rest of the country had been scrabbling about for the last suoermarket loo roll, I had a box of 48 and the knowledge that some of the profits go to good causes.

1stTimeMama · 07/05/2020 21:46

I have a Knobby subscription which is for colourful underwear from Australia. Thanks to this thread I'll be looking up a few more too!

We get bloom and wild, the flowers always last much longer than others I buy.

After reading this thread I signed up to a plant subscription and got my first plant this week. I went for Flourish and their website had a code for 50٪ off for three months so £12.50 for a plant in a ceramic pot.

Our first Mud and bloom box arrived this week too and my children loved doing some of the activities today.

I'm waiting for my first craft gin club box to arrive and I also have a the vegan kind subscription.

Smol for laundry and dishwashing tablets
Splosh for cleaning stuff

Groves93 · 21/12/2020 15:36

goBambu are my go to for a bamboo toothbrush subscription. They've got a 4 pack which you can just renew every year. Saves making 4 deliveries throughout the year too!
