Are these autistic traits?

I have not had an autism diagnosis but I have been told by doctors that I have autistic traits. I’m just wondering for those of you who make daily to do lists, how much detail do you go into? My boyfriend saw mine today and said it was abnormal as I wrote down ‘eat a plum’ in the morning and then wrote down how many pages of my book I had to read today. I know that’s it’s very detailed but I like to visualise my day ahead and I like to write everything down so I have a clear picture of what the day will be. Do other women with autism or autistic traits also do this? Or indeed women without who are maybe just very meticulous?

I've done lists like that on and off in my life and actually still do plan out my day in quite a lot of detail (I don't feel upset if it doesn't go to plan though). It helps me feel organised.
I've always wondered if I have a mild form of OCD (I do other slightly obsessive things too like triple checking doors are locked etc.)

Most people have autistic traits to the point it can undermine the struggles of a carer caring from ASD DC.
I often have people say on my DS does that too he must be on the spectrum.
I'd like them to live with DS for the day.
DD was originally asperger's I wish trait and ticks were her only issues.

I have to have a list, especially when it comes to finances and get quite stressed if I deviate from it... It ruins my whole month until next payday!
In day to day life, I like to have a plan in place but it's quite relaxed, not as detailed as yours!

To add both of my DC are highly disorganised.
