As per the meme ‘I will die on this hill’ what are your lighthearted hills you’re willing to die on?

Mine:

Phoebe Buffay is the worst friends character. She is not kooky, she’s mean, selfish and always looking for ways to put the other friends down. Everyone is too busy hating Ross to realise Phoebe is a cock. I will die on this hill.

Oh also agree that Wimbledon is so so boring and I'm annoyed it takes precedent over usual tv programmes 🤣 Seem to be hating the great British institutions here, dont get me started on Richard Attenborough..............

Hells yeah I'm on that hill with you. After watching the amazing Orphan Black, it's so frustrating to see the best others can come up with is rehashing old male-led roles/films for women*. Original stories for women-led roles can be so much better than some wank remake of Ghostbusters or similar.

*A big exception to the rule, Star Trek Voyager is the best Star Trek after Enterprise, Janeway could easily fight Picard for best Captain spot.

The correct beverage to serve with fish and chips is tea.

Prosecco is yuck. G and T should be Gordon's or Bombay Sapphire with any tonic flavoured tonic in a long glass with ice. No rhubarb, ginger or other such pretense is necessary.

But most importantly the toilet seat belongs DOWN!

Only the ‘Original Glazed’ Krispy Kreme Doughnuts are delicious - the flavoured ones are all too sweet and sickly.

@Nettleweed is absolutely right about Krispy Kreme. Only the original pass muster. I think the same of crisps too. They should taste of potato and salt not evil artificial chicken-identical flavoured powders that give you contact dermatitis around the mouth.

I’m with @TitsalinaBumSquash, chocolate oranges are a waste of a good orange.
