If you have really bad varicose veins all over your legs what do you wear in the summer?

Especially when at the seaside.

Wear whatever you want, OP. I'm going to echo @PinotAndPlaydough... and say that you should just go out there in shorts and not worry about what other people think.

It's 2020 and we should be able to show off our imperfections how we want. Trust me, at the beach (or wherever else, for that matter) NOBODY is looking at anyone else and worrying about their appearance. Cheers Gin

I have awful veins - I slap on summer body lotion by dove or a fake tan and just wear skirts or shorts.

I got my big ones stripped - I'm sure they'll come back but I'm a lot happier in the meantime.

I still have a gazillion spider veins.

Last year I discovered fake tan and lashed it on the entire summer. I bought my first ever pair of shorts in M&S. It was brilliant.

Fake tan is transformative if you have veins, makes you look like you have stockings on. I used the Isle of Paradise drops in my own body lotion and just whacked it on. Foolproof!

Never going back to Capri leggings on the beach again.

Don't think I'll be as brave as you lot but definitely will be more brave because of you lot. Thank you!

I got varicose veins ten years ago when I was pregnant and the hateful things never left. BUT I have been taking Butchers Broom for around four months and they have definitely decreased. Not just my imagination I think. Still noticeable though and because I am not brave at all I will just wear my trusty maxi dresses.

I have just got a second job though to raise money to maybe get rid of them in the future. I really hate them.
