I mean for this to be a positive thread. Need a pick me up after catching a glimpse of myself in my underwear in the mirror and wanting to cry!

I've been trying to find a sports bra that fits, but keep feeling incredibly down about my horrendously lopsided boobs (one DD, one G cup) - breastfeeding has made them saggy and stretch marky. I avoid looking at them at all costs.

I do however really like my eyes. I'm 3/4 black with dark skin and my eyes are very light green. Makes working with different makeup looks fun and I get the odd compliment here and there!

Same questions to mn....

Love my body shape. Slim, but very curvy, hourglass with a generous bust, tiny waist and wide round hips.
I have a pretty face and absolutely adore my cheek bones.

I dislike my thin hair, so I get extensions, and I wish I was taller - nothing I can do about that.

Fudgecakes · 12/04/2020 18:21

Hate my chin line...side profile it looks like the tip of my chin connects to my ears Confused. Also peri menopausal and my belly has become much chubbier than I'd like and now starts just beneath my less than peart boobs Sad. On a positive....I still have full lips, relatively smooth skin and my dark hair and eyes have always been my best feature.

doadeer · 12/04/2020 18:23

I like my lips - especially "on trend" now big lips are in favour!

Dislike my new mum tum - still carrying weight I put on in pregnancy and it's all stretch marked 😔

KellyHall · 12/04/2020 18:27

I like that my body has done everything I've asked of it, apart from running but I can live with that!

I wish I didn't get such a sweaty bum.

exhaustedtomato · 12/04/2020 18:34

I hate every single thing about my body and I don't think that will ever change. Physically I look a fucking mess. I have one of those faces that only a mother would love, seriously how did my siblings turn out so beautifully?? I also need to lose at least 3 stone. My teacher at school told me that she had never seen a face quite like mine!! I hate everything about myself BUT I do believe that I have a good sense of humour and am not easily offended (or I don't show that I am). If anyone on here is doubting how they look, please know you won't look as bad as I do.

Grumpos · 12/04/2020 18:40

Pre children I was pretty body confident but that’s all gone now, am proud of my body but really dislike just how wide I am. My hips, waist, thighs, back- just so bloody WIDE. Sad

I like my hair on a good hair day, have unusual eye colour and good facial features. I’m not particularly attractive but individually they are good features.

LellyMcKelly · 12/04/2020 18:41

I have great hair, teeth and nails. Good boobs, butt and legs. Terrible stomach - 2 c-sections and huge fibroids means I look 7 months pregnant. My feet are horrible.

Maria53 · 12/04/2020 18:43

Like - I have great boobs!
Long, thick Auburn hair
Hazel eyes similar shade to hair
Slim toned arms and dainty wrists
Overall hourglass shape

Dislike

Weird knees
Acne
Awful purple stretch marks recently appeared on stomach
Weight gain in last 2 years due to bad times and emotional eating.

I am trying to get a grip on this to lose weight.

Octopus37 · 12/04/2020 18:45

Don't like my eyes cause I have an eye problem (squint, had several surgeries once of which was quite traumatic, but problem not solved). Also hate having fair skin (although I do get a very light tan now if I bare my legs every day between now and August. Also not as slim as I'd like, long-waisted so bum looks bigger than it is, wide hips, droppy boobs, I have lost 10 pounds and feel better. That said, my body works fairly well, even though I'm not skinny I can still wear short skirts and dresses cause my legs are quite slim, I also like my cheek bones and lips.

UncleHerbie · 12/04/2020 18:46

Lots of scarring due to chronic eczema since a babyhood. I have nice hands and nails, and am told I have a dazzling smile. I'm kind and my husband adores everything about me. I've lost 2st since August and my nicest clothes now fit. I'm happy with all of it

Notredamn · 12/04/2020 18:48

tomato, could your teacher being such a horrible cow when you were so young be the reason you see yourself that way? :(

PenisBeakerDipper · 12/04/2020 18:50

Dislike:

Belly button piercing scar
Round face
Purple acne scarring visible when not wearing makeup
My knees. Can’t tell you why, I just don’t like them!

Like:
My legs
My small frame - somehow snapped back to size 8 within weeks of both babies

Pickles89 · 12/04/2020 18:54

I dislike nearly everything about my body. It's a shame, I know, and sounds so negative to say, but it's really not a 'good' body at all. I haven't helped myself out for allowing myself to become several stone overweight but even before that it's really not a good one. One of the reasons I've made the conscious decision not to have children - nobody needs my genes!

I used to love my eyelashes as they were jet black and about a foot long. Sadly they're starting to fade/grey with age. When lockdown's over I'm going to see about having them tinted. I like my height, I think I'm about 5.5/5.6. My fingernails are ok. They used to be really brittle but that's something which actually seems to have improved with time! There's nothing specially nice about them, but they're not objectionable. That's literally it, everything else is appalling. I've mostly come to accept it though, it doesn't make me miserable like it used to when I was younger. I guess it helps as you age that there's not the same societal pressure to be attractive!

Pickles89 · 12/04/2020 18:58

Oh, one kind-of positive. I have no boobs at all, honestly, haven't gone up a single cup size since my first bra at 12. BUT at least they don't sag, and they're equally sized, which I'm grateful for. My nipples are ok too.

EmeraldShamrock · 12/04/2020 19:01

I like I'm petite I can get in smaller places with ease and shop cheaper in the teenage department. I have unbreakable strong nails.
I dislike pasty white skin, skinny lips, wrinkly hands, finger like toes I've the ugliest feet on the planet.

ParkheadParadise · 12/04/2020 19:03

I like my eyelashes they are naturally long I don't really have to mascara.

I hate the scar that is across my neck I had my thyroid removed years ago and it never healed.

cptartapp · 12/04/2020 19:05

At 48, I'm 5ft 9" and also love this height. My legs are long and slim, my boobs are good, my skin is smooth and I have plenty of hair in good condition.
But I have absolutely no waist, all my weight is round my middle, my arms are getting plump, my jawline fading and my teeth no longer as straight as they were.

PardonWhat · 12/04/2020 19:06

I feel really sad reading this thread.
I can honestly say there’s nothing I like about myself anymore.

Thin raggy hair
Southwards big boobs
Double chin
Cellulite
Wobbly arms
Fat back

I saw a picture of me today that’s devastated me. I look awful. Time to try and make a change Sad

PardonWhat · 12/04/2020 19:08

Sorry - didn’t mean to sound so self indulgent

MrDarcysMa · 12/04/2020 19:09

I dislike my amount of body fat, I have a huge appetite and am always about 2 stone overweight up and down.
I like my strength and capability - despite having some joint conditions I exercise and keep fit so I am strong and flexible, shame I don't look as fit as I am ;)

Blondiney · 12/04/2020 19:09

I like my height, 5'9 and my long slim thighs.

Dislike pretty much everything else, stubborn muffin top being my most hated part.

proudownerofplants · 12/04/2020 19:13

I like my symmetrical face, long, dark blonde thick hair (currently dyed lighter), very full lips, cheekbones, long neck, good teeth and square jaw.

I also love my big, prominent, round bum, defined ankles and general hour glass shape.

I have come to tolerate my stocky 'turnip farmer build'.

I dislike my broad shoulders, pigeon chest, soft stomach, big hands (although normal sized feet!) and general air of big boned-ness. I have smallish eyes too that look nice made up and are a pretty greeny blue colour but I would love them bigger without makeup.

i am pleased with my recent weight loss although there is a considerable way to go -nearly a 20 down to a comfortable 14 at current with tailored 12s starting to fit. I would like to be a 10-12. Anything less and i will look bony with my frame.

roarfeckingroar · 12/04/2020 19:13

I am happy about all of my body. I'm healthy, strong and it's currently growing another person - what's not to love Grin

Bakedpotatoandgin · 12/04/2020 19:13

I like my hair (it's curly and thick and I've learnt how to manage it properly over the last year or so), my height and weight (tall and quite thin) and my eyes. I'm not keen on my skin as it veers between spotty and eczema riddled, and I don't like that the one noticeable fat deposit on my body seems to be under my chin which is obvious if I don't keep my head up
