Jeremy Kyle is returning to ITV, format of the show yet unknown, but his representative confirmed today he will be coming back on a new show “to have his say”.

Given the show was taken off air in the first place due to a suicide and bullying claims, not to mention the Love Island suicides and Caprice recently slamming the channel for the lack of aftercare provided to her after she quit Dancing on Ice, who on Earth in that company thinks that this is a good idea?

But if it doesn’t come back what will all the troglodytes watch in the day time ?

FoamingAtTheUterus · 27/02/2020 17:43

He should have stuck to the radio. Jezzas confessions was fab.

MitziK
Totally. Definitely agree 100%.

thenightsky · 27/02/2020 17:55

If Caprice needs 'aftercare' she'd not go far wrong seeing that Graham Stanier from the Kyle show. He's a 'genius' apparently. Wink Grin

  • to Jeremy fucking Kyle.

Him and his bloody show epitomises everything shite about society today.*

Totally agree with this. His show was nothing but vile exploitation of vulnerable people.

HeIenaDove · 27/02/2020 20:59

@MitziK TOTALLY agree.

It brings what Amanda Holden wrote on her Instagram right after Caroline Flack died into even more sharp focus.

ITV are the TV equivalent of Closer magazine.

This decision is disgusting.

PumpkinP · 27/02/2020 21:07

Well I’m happy about this

HeIenaDove · 27/02/2020 21:09

Yes i expect the brain dead are!

ITV are lowest of the low of broadcasters chasing ratings of a couple of million when thats a fraction.

I've never understood the relationship with Simon cowell pay him a fortune but he has no where else in UK to sell his shows as he needs ratings to make money from phone in vote, bbc who won't pay, it's he ain't gonna get that amount on any other channel.

They pay Ant and Dec who one of them is a scumbag. And keep winning awards as they have better agents to vote for them in NTAs.

70 percent of ITV's output is shit, the dramas are good but the rest it's toilet paper.

I avidly watched Maury as he did not judge, was sympathetic and his shows were fab. Especially the" Is it a girl or a boy" in which all contestants were fabulous. Nobody could tell until the end.

I did not care for superficial Jerry. And JK did not seem sincere as he was all show and the men did not respect him and the women talked over him too.

I miss Maury and Dancing with the stars out of the US . And dare I say the UK 9am daily theme chat with What's his name ,that made a faux pas and was cast out for being racist. I liked him and found him charming.
The real -life-stories I loved which were on Universal channel, Mysterious Ways which were compelling viewing
Infact, I do not like sport at all, only rhythmic gymnastics and I feel that it is more than 70% that is "shit".
Looking forward to Dancing on Ice tonight. Chris and Jane are awe inspiring at their age .

Oh, yes and i like the rehashes of Heartbeat. 1st 9 years of my life.
were in Yorkshire and the accent reminds me of my childood.Smile

@digerd Maury was horrible! if only for the phobia episodes he used to do. And those horrible mouthy teenagers shoes and then they got sent to boot camp.

Ahh, I miss the 90s/00s with Living TV and Sky one(?) which had all the trash chat shows like Maury, Ricki Lake, Jenny Jones etc.
