To drink a pint of vodka and tonic

I'll be making it last a while it's just so it involves less trips to the kitchen (lazy mood) just told dm and shes horrified

I wont lie though, I do this with gin as my living room is on a different floor to my kitchen. I asked for a mini fridge for Christmas but Santa was concerned it would encourage me.

I'm a lightweight now Mimi I used to be brilliant at drinking, good pace, never broke the deal and had a wee before 10, the odd soft drink as a nod to health.
Now if I have two shandies I get instant hangover and try and fight people at bus stops

You need supersized ice cubes! I have a tray to make massive large spherical ones and they last ages.

Another YANBU from me. I'm eyeing up a frigging bucket at the moment and a straw.

(It will be an environmentally friendly metal straw. Just to be clear).

My partner does this with gin or whisky with mixer but I hate it as part if the drunk ritual involves a nice glass.

YABU for drinking vodka tonic other than that, I applaud your resourcefulness.

I was in a bar last night and had two double vodkas with tonic. Among my peers, I’m a total lightweight.

@TheQueef I'm exactly the same. It's like my tolerance disappeared overnight .
One day I could go out on a school night, drink away till 4am and still get up at 7/8 to go to work or college without feeling too bad.

I went out on Saturday night just gone, stayed out till 4am and everything - it was a v. bad idea.
I'm just now (today..) getting over the hangover, anxiety, depression and heart palpitations as a result.

Plus my DP had to piggyback me about because I couldn't walk in the heels I had chosen which were sensible and much lower than what I used to wear.

I always drink pints of vodka and diet coke, but I like it pretty diluted so works better in a pint glass!

I don't even catch the bus Frownette according to my pal I crossed over the main road as we walked home to interfere in some youngsters having a row and quickly escalated it into me throwing my coat off and shouting 'come one then hard man, now' at the top of my voice.
