Before I do that, here are the first couple that leap to mind:

M&S pork and tomato and herb lattice sausage rolls. We used to buy them in a 4-pack for a treat. My mum was OBSESSED with them so that treat came around quite frequently. I can still taste them.

Proper Rowntrees Fruit Gums, the ones that were thin, brittle if cold and looked like little crowns with the tops divided into 9 knobbles. You sucked them carefully, your tongue caressing the knobs on the top side, and they went wafer thin and quite sharp. They also tasted different and not so sweet. Bring them back!

Cheese and ham mini cheddars.

Birds hot crush desserts.

Findus cheese and tomato lasagne.No meat,nothing but cheesy tomatoey goodness

I mean, clearly I never try to buy it anyway, otherwise I would have known it wasn't available any more. But I did used to love it and am a bit sad at the idea of it not existing.
