Mine would definitely be the Marble chocolate bar

Frys chocolate bars are sold in multipacks in B&M Bargains, including the orange version. They have recently rebranded to the old fashioned labels.

WendyMoiraAngelaDarling · 04/02/2020 15:55

toast toppers

You can still get them. In Asda next to the fish pastes and sandwich spread.

Nanamilly · 04/02/2020 15:56

Cremola Foam

MrsWilbertonsWardrobe · 04/02/2020 15:56

I see the Texan bar has been mentioned several times - take note Nestle!

But the one I really miss is Burger King's Mushroom Double Swiss. Just delicious. Believe it's available in other non-UK markets, which makes its absence from the menu all the more galling.

CaptainCabinets · 04/02/2020 15:57

Ooooh and Lanky Larry sweets. And Bruisers.

WendyMoiraAngelaDarling · 04/02/2020 15:58

Phileas Fogg California Corn Chips. They do nachos now but they're no where near as good.

OlaEliza · 04/02/2020 15:59

I never understood why mcds stopped doing apple pie and ice cream. Topped with caramel sauce, it was 👌👌👌

glueandstick · 04/02/2020 15:59

Fuse bars

And proper dairy milk

Wham bars before they became disgusting

And proper wine gums.

AndyMurraysCat · 04/02/2020 16:00

M&S ham & egg seedy rolls

OlaEliza · 04/02/2020 16:02

Oinks weren't pig shaped, they were rings.

lilgreen · 04/02/2020 16:02

Does anyone remember McDonald’s personal pizzas? When I passed my driving test(1990) I felt so grown up going to the drive-thru for a personal pizza. The one with green peppers was lush!

lilgreen · 04/02/2020 16:03

Deluxe I think?

Hippychickster · 04/02/2020 16:03

Ready salted chipsticks.

I miss them so much. Tesco used to do the best ones. Sometimes they were almost transparent they were so fat filled. And salty. Delicious. The salt and vinegar ones are just not the same.

LakieLady · 04/02/2020 16:04

Fry's Five Centres

That would have been my choice, but as I've been beaten to it, I'm going for Magnum Gold (the ones with the chocolate that was like Caramac - bloody lovely!).

Crunchymum · 04/02/2020 16:05

M&S used to do some lovely chicken escalopes

I know this isn't a food but Vaseline used to do a cotton linen (or clean linen) deodorant years ago and it just vanished..... I would have stockpiled if I'd known. Does anyone else remember it?

Franticbutterfly · 04/02/2020 16:05

Cadbury’s fruit and nut original recipe, not that shite that “Cadbury’s” puts out these days.

Shopkinsdoll · 04/02/2020 16:06

Cabana

OlaEliza · 04/02/2020 16:06

Sainsbury's ham & cheese mini cheddars.

lilgreen · 04/02/2020 16:06

@frantic try Aldi . Their Choceur brand is toppers.

purpleme12 · 04/02/2020 16:07

Cheweee bars (they were cereal bars)
So so yummy so miss them

And yes it would be nice to have marble bars back actually

BigFatLiar · 04/02/2020 16:09

After all these sweets I think what I could do with is having my teeth back. Too many sweets in my youth has resulted in gaps and filings I'd rather not have

beelover · 04/02/2020 16:10

OverUnderSidewaysDown
I remember Fru Grains too, the best breakfast cereal ever made. You're right, they were expensive so a huge treat in ourhouse too.

LakieLady · 04/02/2020 16:13

Bonne Maman Galettes 😔 I loved them

I didn't know they didn't make them any more, I just thought that Waitrose had stopped stocking them. I'll stop going into obscure grocers now in the hope of finding them.

They were a really delicious biscuit.

cyberfairy · 04/02/2020 16:16

Passionfruit Calippos. Wotsit Waffles. Veggie hotdogs!!!

Talcott2007 · 04/02/2020 16:16

Ikea's old style vegetarian sausages - they recently changed them for this soya based vegan monstrosity. It was the only thing that made DH's obsession with day trips to Ikea bearable. - Serious if anyone knows of any other brands similar to the originals let me know!

Knorr Korma and Tikka Sizzle & stir sauces - PP mentioned up thread there was a small paste jar that you cooked the chicken off in 1st then added the big jar of sauce!

Lemon and Lime or lemonade flavor dip-dabs

'ice cup' chocolates (although I have sometime found them is old fashioned/traditional sweet shops)

vimto chew bars
