Toffos

And the toffee sundae from McDonald's. God I loved those

thirdtimeluckythen · 04/02/2020 14:41

Cabana bar all day long! They were the absolute best!

Geneshish · 04/02/2020 14:43

Smarties before they made the colourings natural.

Sailor Jerry before they changed the recipe.

Mummyeyes · 04/02/2020 14:46

Digestive biscuits
Chocolate digestive biscuits
Like they used to be - I think it's been a long time and no idea what changed

PomBearWithAnOFRS · 04/02/2020 14:47

E.T branded cola flavour biscuits (in mini packs) circa 1981/2, original Wispa bars as they were when they first came out, and Builder's Breakfast flavour crisps.
And flavoured Toffos.
And apple spangles (just the apple ones, the others were nasty!) Grin

You can still occasionally get Fry''s Orange Creme - you need to look out in places like garage shops. Haven't seen Five Flavours for many a year, though.

I'm another vote for Spiral (with proper old recipe Cadbury's. )

Also Pacers, though I did discover in Pound land or similar, bags of spearmint chews, which were similar in taste.

Heinz tinned vegetable salad, and potato salad. Making your own with salad cream just isn’t the same.

PomBearWithAnOFRS · 04/02/2020 14:52

Ooo oo and rum n raisin choc ices, with the tropical beach on the wrapper!

Livpool · 04/02/2020 14:55

Secret bars, Spiras and the crackle Quality Street sweet (I think the wrapper was dark red)

detachablehoof · 04/02/2020 14:56

Joosters!

northbacchus · 04/02/2020 14:57

Cadbury snowflakes, dream bars & Splendips Shock

FrankiesKnuckle · 04/02/2020 14:59

Worcestershire sauce Twiglets!

17caterpillars1mouse · 04/02/2020 15:00

In the early 00s Lidly used to do a frozen ready meal that was broccoli and bow pasta in a cheese sauce omg it was delicious. I miss it so

PeppaisaBitch · 04/02/2020 15:04

STILL FANTA. They used to do it in McDonald's instead of oasis. When they discontinued it I would drive miles out of my way to the only one that had any left. Best hangover cure ever!

goldfinchfan · 04/02/2020 15:07

I spelt my item wrong it was Kunzle cakes not Kenzel.....a long time ago though.

TrippingOnSunshine · 04/02/2020 15:08

pombear

I used to have ET biscuits in my packed lunch at primary school and a dinner lady always used to say "urgh I couldn't eat a green biscuit!"

katy1213 · 04/02/2020 15:15

Barmouth biscuits.

turkeyontheplate · 04/02/2020 15:16

Sunpat cheese spread. It was bright orange and came in a peanut butter jar. Never met anyone else who mourns remembers it.

MikeUniformMike · 04/02/2020 15:18

C-Vit

MrHodgeymaheg · 04/02/2020 15:20

McVities Zester biscuits or Secret bars. Phineas Fogg (spelling?) Tortilla chips.

I second the Muller Missisipi mud pie yogurts, and the rasberry pavlova and lemon meringue ones. I am now drooling whilst feeling despair at the same time. Never noticed they weren't around anymore, just thought my local supermarket didn't sell them.

Raspberrytruffle · 04/02/2020 15:23

Secret bar

Raspberrytruffle · 04/02/2020 15:24

Fox's echo bars!

GingerbreadTeen · 04/02/2020 15:27

Lymeswold cheese.
Findus Crispy Pancakes with cheese. Used to burn the roof of my mouth on them regularly.

MrsPotatoHeadsSheeWee · 04/02/2020 15:28

Mint Wispa.

GraceVanPelt · 04/02/2020 15:29

Oooh, M&S syrup sponge, not the kind you heat up, it was ready to eat - layer of whipped cream on top of a layer of custard on top of a layer of syrup-soaked sponge, back when everything had St. Michaels branding. Amazing

TheCountessofFitzdotterel · 04/02/2020 15:34

'Sunpat cheese spread. It was bright orange and came in a peanut butter jar. Never met anyone else who mourns remembers it.'

Oh yes! I loved that, had completely forgotten it!
