To ask you to tell me how old I look?

I was insulted today and told I look much older than I am. Could I ask you to tell me how old you think?

I’d be fuming if a friend posted a picture of me online without permission. Not on.

You don’t need those silly filters OP you are beautiful . It doesn’t matter how old people think you are , especially strangers on the internet . You’re as old as you feel :)

I've been smoking for the best part of 20 years regretfully, although i am planning to stop! I was told I look mid sixties by a friend of a friend today. I don't think he meant any harm but it was disheartening. I look after myself (aside the smoking) and was surprised somebody would think that

@PooWillyBumBum my 42 year old friend looks identical to yours and could quite possibly be her . You really shouldn’t post her photo on here unless you had her permission . That is not ok .

I would say 38 from your last photo (and I'm being honest, not just saying it to make you feel better!).

Having said that I once assumed a lady was in her late 20's and she turned out to be fifty, so maybe I have something wrong with my vision.

However, I would definitely have said 38 for you before you revealed your age.

OP you only look older because you're very slim. Am I right? You're very slim? LEss flesh on your face will always make people look older but you are still very attractive nonetheless.

I'm glad other people agree that posting a photo of a friend without their consent is not on and I do hope MNHQ delete that post. I'd be livid if one of my friends posted my photo for people to comment on.

Honestly, you do NOT need the validation - or otherwise - of strangers on the internet. Half of them will be unkind because they enjoy it and they're bored on a Saturday night and the remaining ones will either be way off beam or be too kind and go lower

It doesn't matter that sue in wales thinks you look 92, nor does it matter that Denise in London actually thinks 27
