Is there something I am missing, why has this story come up again. Rocco is 19 years old why is he subject to a custody order when he is a grown adult ? That wouldn’t be a thing for anyone else’s 19 year old so am I missing something

I don't know anything about them, but guess someone like Madonna is used t getting her on way.
I remember seeing a picture she put on internet of a fed-up looking rocco, aged about 15, with his hair done up in ridiculous bunches, and she looking so pleased with her handiwork, treating him like a prize poodle.
no wonder he wanted some manly company in London...

Yes but even if they are still arguing about it why is it going back to court on January 1st ? Isn’t it all over and done with now he’s a legal adult?

I don’t hate Madonna but find it odd she wanted to dress all up the same and when Rocco said no she had a hissy fit and involved the court. There has to be a time when you realise you can’t control your children right

She's isn't back in court for Rocco but for David

It might be because until you are 24 in the US you can be under your custodial parents health insurance. Also, in divorces, often the custodial parent is responsible for any/all university costs and upkeep until OR the parental income counted for student financial aid/loans calculations until the child is 24. If custody switches parents, so do the under 24 responsibilities for health insurance and university tuition/loan calculations.

He might actually be under a support order, not a custody order. I had one when my parents divorced. It guaranteed my father had to keep making his contribution to my living expenses during my university education. Stated he had to pay me directly since I was an adult and needed it to pay living expenses at school.

Yes it’s all over and done with it’s David she is going to court over.
