YANBU

Also, if you have children and leave milk out for Santa top it up with Baileys, it’s amazing!
I also like Aldi’s Ballycastle.

So long as you aren’t driving, crack on! Merry Christmas all. Wine

dreichXmas · 23/12/2019 14:31

Too much driving here, but otherwise a good plan!

AnneShirleysNewDress · 23/12/2019 14:32

Go for it! Personally I hate Baileys it's just too sickly and strong for me. All I truly enjoy drinking is red wine so treating myself to a bit more of it with Pringles and Mince pies on the evenings! pouring my first glass as the kids hit the first step up to bed Grin

Fully prepared to have to slog the weight off in the NY!

AndNoneForGretchenWieners · 23/12/2019 14:52

Amarula is my tipple this year. Not quite so heavy as Baileys but just as tasty!

Myamoth · 23/12/2019 15:17

Bless you for this thread OP, I've never heard of Bailey's coffee before, it's definitely helping my daughter and I with the Christmas clean-up!! Yum!!

FruityWidow · 23/12/2019 15:29

Christmas day breakfast is Bailey's porridge

BobbinThreadbare123 · 23/12/2019 16:23

I've been putting a dash of Baileys in my hot choc at night for the whole of Advent so far.... Just a capful but it tastes lovely. Also lactose intolerant but I'll take the hit.

SimonJT · 23/12/2019 16:24

Go for it!

I have a rum advent calendar so I have a shot every morning, there is no better way to start your day.

Oysterbabe · 23/12/2019 16:28

Seems fine to me.

keo8260 · 23/12/2019 16:55

there was a suggestion on a recent radio program to put baileys in your porridge.

Anthilda · 23/12/2019 17:36

Excellent idea! I'm just on to my 3rd baileys right now while I cook a big dinner for the men of the house! I'm also dipping into the chocolates which I will regret on NYE when I look 6 months pregnant in my new dress

20wedding19 · 23/12/2019 17:38

Delicious - Enjoy!

20wedding19 · 23/12/2019 17:39

And wow - Baileys in porridge, definitely going to try that Xmas Grin

FiveNightsAtMummys · 23/12/2019 17:40

Yanbu - unless your driving then maybe wait till your back home. I don't drink but I had a baileys myself on friday. It was amazing.

june2007 · 23/12/2019 17:40

Every morning is a bit excessive.

CharlieSays13 · 23/12/2019 17:42

The Lidl version is brilliant in coffee and it's much cheaper so you can have way more of them!

catlady3 · 23/12/2019 17:48

Is anyone NOT doing that? I mean, only reason I'm not is because I'm pregnant, otherwise I absolutely would be.

catlady3 · 23/12/2019 17:49

Also wondering if it would be nice on cereal. It probably would be.

CrazyDuchess · 23/12/2019 17:52

Thank you!!!!! This has made this evening truly bearable...... about to make my 3rd coffee Grin

YouJustDoYou · 23/12/2019 17:53

Don't tempt me! 😫🤤

LaurieSchafferIsAllBitterNow · 23/12/2019 17:54

coffee, amaretto and double cream floating on the top...Italiano Classico, I love them soooooo much

And absolutely yes to the baileys in the coffee....very festive Xmas Grin Grin

Motoko · 23/12/2019 17:58

No Baileys here unfortunately but is coffee and amaretto a thing?

It most definitely is a thing, and it's delicious!
