Depending on the level of severity ......

IV drip

Marmite or sliced banana on toast, washed down with pints of squash or cranberry juice. A hot shower, wash your hair, coffee. A few paracetamol. That's if you actually have to function.

If not, marmite/banana on toast, water, lots of water, all the water, and then back to bed until you can shuffle into the land of the living.
