LIDL passata smells of poo

Am i going crazy or is this possible? I now opened and heated up 2 different cartons , used different saucepans and spoons but as soon as is hot it really smells. Kids say the same so is not only me! Going to throw it out now but honestly!

Funnily enough my Aldi, sunflower oil spray absolutely stank of piss yesterday. I pondered whether dp had sabotaged it for a few seconds (( he thinks the sprays are evil poison )) then binned it. 🧐

Yes, cooked through in a sauce which was then cooked again in the oven.

Just eaten it, was absolutely fine.

Not pregnant, and kids smelled it as well .
