was in sainsburys with dd (thats irrelevant really dont know why i said that!) and saw a boy age about 11 or 12, really no older wearing a tshirt which on a man i would have thought 'twat' or similar.... one of those dreadful fcuk things where the joke has really overrun itself now
it said on it

'too busy to fcuk'

now obv i know it doesnt say the actual f word and haha arent french connection really funny and all that?! but on a boy? out with his parents? why would you let your child wear it? nay, why would you buy it for your child to wear?

now it doesnt offend me per se, i just think its wrong! i dont think i am being unreasonable to expect children to wear suitable attire and that i wont have to be bothered by said child and his 'oh-so-liberal- parents all night!

would you have been shocked by this?

lol no i was just saying that one is classed as sexual whilst the other isnt even though they are the same thing

they are not the same thing. A little girl dressed as a nurse is not dressing in a costume that is a replica of a naughty nurse costume. The adult costume has been bastardised from the 'real' costume. you'll be telling me next that schoolgirls in a uniform are deliberatley setting out to titilate adults but it's ok, it's just a bit of a laugh.

I'm not sure that point works actually but...

Can you not see that children dressing up as adults are just aping adult roles NOT adult sexual roles? A child dressed for a dance performance in a black leaotard with a pom pom is not emulating a bunny girl.

I do not approve of Playuboy marketing at children - can you tell??

I saw a girl last Thursday - she probably wasn't much older than 12 with knee high very kinky looking boots on, loads of make-up and a mini skirt you could just about see her pink knickers when she turned around. Everyone was looking at her. The mother didn't seemed at all bothered. Sad I think

iliketosleep · 27/08/2007 21:16

thats what i mean when i say dressing like one of those bratz dolls and how much i would prefer a pretty little top with a few stupid bunny heads than going round like a complete tart

iliketosleep · 27/08/2007 21:17

oh oh theres a gnat on my screen!!!

BarbieGirl · 28/08/2007 16:56

Very worrying that my 5 year old DD loves Bratz and wanted a bratz birthday cake for 5th b-day, I very reluctantly ordered one but really hate those bratz dolls.
