The ideal thing to put in a jacket potato is just butter and cheese. Not cottage cheese, that can fuck off with the tuna and beans.

The best way to make them is to cut in half when cooked. Scoop out the potato. Mix it up with butter and cheese. Put back in, put more cheese on top and grill.

Then add beans if required.
