Am I being unreasonable to think there must be more than one blimmin houmous factory in the whole of the UK?
Its never coming back is it ?
I've tried making my own and it's a faff (and horrible).

I’m not in the NE but Saba brand isn’t affected- it’s all I buy anyway as it’s so good

Lidl had it today. Morrison's had it Friday. It's dead easy to make using canned chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini and crushed garlic blended, then add olive oil to loosen. A little paprika on top is delicious. A jar of tahini goes quite a long way and can be stored in the fridge for a while

@MitziK alas no Turkish supermarkets here, Indian, Korean, Chinese, polish but not Turkish. The stuff from the Turkish bbq place is too grainy for my liking

Tesco have allowed me to order some fir a delivery tomorrow. It’s not shoring as out of stock or anything. My deliveries come from the NW (Oldham).

Loads of hummus in supermarkets here but my 6 year old made it last week so not that much of a faff. I'd be surprised if it all came from the same place as some taste significantly different. Try Morrison's as theirs stands out as obviously different

Still none in our Morrison's or Aldi in Yorkshire.

Toddler DD is having serious withdrawal. I hope they stock up soon or I'll have nothing to feed DD2 when she starts weaning next week Confused
