I've eaten my 1200 cals. Done about 400 cals worth of exercise. Sitting here thinking about food. Help.

Ah, maybe don't get anything like that till you're settled into whatever works for you, I'm at the annoying starting to see the difference, going on about points and being virtuous stage so my willpower is better than usual, for now 😂

Good luck OP. I went from initially losing the first stone on Slimming World to calorie counting on MFP - was curious to see how calories added up on "free foods". Am now doing calorie counting completely and have stopped going to group which I always needed before. I've lost 2 stone now and kept it off despite lots of holidays & special occasions. I stick to 1200 calories apart from the occasional off day. You'll gradually identify your personal "go to" low calorie treats - hopefully this will help avoid the toast!
