To think dressing kids the night before in the next day clothes is lazy?

Just read it in the paper and I think "how fucking lazy can you be"
It states it's because it suits her life right now. She has 2 young kids- so do I but I have them fed. Up and washed and changed by 8/8.30 of a morning I don't see the problem?
I couldn't imagen going out in clothes I'd slept in an not having a shower to wake myself up an feel clean! Specially my DD hair if it's not washed if a morning she looks like she's been hit by a hurricane and nothing. I mean NOTHING sorts that shit out other then a proper shampoo and condition!!
Takes 10 mins to wash dress and sort 2 kids out if you put effort into it I just get up half an hour earlier to get myself ready then by the time I'm done I hear them slowly rise....
. Have your clothes ready the night before obviosuly but that's it. Imagen going out in creased sweaty clothes you'd slept in?? What on earth or am I missing something ?

"I had a mate who's husband showered before bed, put on new pants, slept in them and didn't change them in the morning."

Really? I have a dh and dc who put on new pants after bath and go to bed, then change them in the morning. I thought it was not a norm. I don't. I change after bath, and don't change in the morning unless I have shower again in the morning. Do people really need to have a bath in the evening and have a shower in the morning again? I came from the country where we take a bath every night, and known for exceptional cleanliness. But I don't change pants every evening and every morning.

That is unreasonable and slovenly. I don't have Children but I would make sure they were washed and Changed ready for bed. There is nothing nicer than to change our of day clothes and have a nice Shower or get up early and get ready for the day ahead. Even when I was younger after an evening out I would still make the effort to get changed However knackered I was.

I have mental health Issues and it would be easy to let personal Hygiene go but I make the effort and it does make me feel better and happier to take care of myself and make that physical and mental change in the day.

I’ve only done this if we have had a super early start in the morning, like getting up at 3am to go on holiday. I put them in leggings and T-shirt to go to bed then carry them out to the car still asleep. I would never do it for school or on a regular day.
I did used to have massive fights with my seven year old to do her hair before school though, so much so that we started brushing it and plaiting it at night to keep it from getting tangled. I have to admit if the plaits don’t look too messy in the morning I often leave them in and don’t bother restyling her hair.

It's weird and lazy. My 2 are ready in 10 mins. She maybe does this due to the fact she herself looked immaculate with a face full of make-up and hair styled
