To ask for your favourite (positive) motto or mantra?

Just ended a relationship of 18 months and feeling a bit shit.

Can I ask for a bit of cheering up with your favourite mottos or mantras or positive vibe sayings that will make me feel better?

I interpret this for myself as about the benefits of a perhaps less exciting, but stable, lovely kind man (like my husband). And the difference between lust and true love. The warning, from Romeo & Juliet:-

"These violent delights have violent ends And in their triumph die, like fire and powder, Which, as they kiss, consume. The sweetest honey Is loathsome in his own deliciousness, And in the taste confounds the appetite. Therefore love moderately; long love doth so. Too swift arrives as tardy as too slow"

I will be ok, because I have to be.

It was my mantra when my life fell apart in every possible direction. Everything went wrong overnight, but I kept telling myself that. I told myself I didn't have a choice - I had to be ok, so I could not give up. It made me feel that I had control in the worst situation I've ever faced.

It all comes out in the wash... and you know what? It does.
