... what you see?

Any movement, colours, static or just nothing?

I'm really happy about this thread as well!

Like the OP, I get a big flash of colour/light if there's a sudden noise - I've never heard anyone else describe that before.
Plus the snow and the fractals.

When my parents would find me sitting up in bed in the dark as a child I used to tell them I was 'watching the fireworks' Smile

Dark pink background, with tiny moving bright white specks over the top - ‘static’ I guess.

I wish I hadn’t closed my eyes though, because I’m now really sleepy!

Another one who’s happy about this thread. @manybirdsnests As a child, I used to ask someone in the family to blindfold me, so I could sit there and “watch the blackness”, and the patterns that appeared after some time. I used to close my eyes first and insist they did not tell me which scarf they used, so I could only guess. 🧣 I also liked hearing everyone around me doing their things, even though I couldn’t see them. I’d stay like that for well over an hour. I’d have loved floatation tanks, if I’d known about them!
