Aaahh...my favourite type of thread! Pleased to see that Newport is leading the way on such matters (a worrying proportion of the posts were from Newport or close by). Our local selling pages are always a source of, erm, ‘interest’. Keep ‘em coming!!

I'm very disappointed with our local FB Marketplace. The top two items at the moment are a Next electric fire and an antique cupboard for your chamber pot (our family weren't that posh - we have gazunders).

@bluegirlgreen There is a lamp like that in a local restaurant. It rotates and the light comes through the holes and looks quite impressive: toddler loved it walking past! (Not for my house though...)
