I get so angry and frustrated at his behaviour I'm afraid I wouldn't think of anything beyond Why don't you just fuck off?.

I've never, ever, seen anyone so utterly amoral. It gives him a shell so impervious to everything and everyone it's incredibly frustrating to know that all of these questions would just be ignored because he does't care about anyone except himself.
