To think Sainsbury’s cafe is better than M&S?

Went to a M&S cafe with dd yesterday thinking I could buy something like lasagne or fish and chips, but all they were serving was their overpriced cakes and jacket potatoes and soups. There was nothing nice to eat. So we left and went and bought exactly the same sandwiches in their food hall for half the price.

Sainsbury’s cafes have a massive variety of foods and warm snacks for adults and children.

Really sad I made a thread about it, but M&S disappointed me. They disappoint a lot, except I bought really nice basic black socks for £2.50. 5 pairs.

M&S is sooo slooowwwww!

I was going to say the same about Sainsburys. Our local one at least is incredibly slow. The food is ok though.

The worst of all though is Asda which is messy and chaotic.

Love the filter coffee with cream in our local M&S and the little shortcake biscuit. Our local Morrisons is good for breakfast but I tend to go to a local independent cafe .

The 2 sainsburys near us have fairly good cafes. We needed breakfast and popped in one day. I had avocado on sourdough toast with hollumi and an iced Americano. The avocado was well seasoned with a bit of lemon. Not what I was expecting. Only had bbrea a few times though. Severice was really quick too.
