Because I want to redecorate.

I keep going through all the colours in my head and don’t like the idea of any of them at the moment! The only one I kind of like is dusky pink but DH has vetoed.

What colour is everyone’s bedrooms?

Lilac, grey and ivory.

The4ks · 05/09/2019 17:28

Mine is dulux willow tree, a light sage green.
Feels restful and calming.

Spanglybangles · 05/09/2019 17:36

White walls and ceiling. Dark oak furniture, off white blinds and curtains, beige carpet, then a selection of brightly coloured/patterned bedding sets. One piece of bright artwork above the bed. Simple, unfussy and I love it.

BeepBeeeep · 05/09/2019 17:40

White with mid oak flooring and black bedding / curtains.
Every wall in my house is white.

tinyradish · 05/09/2019 17:45

Dulux 'Heartwood' which is a really beautiful calming colour.

Sallycinammonbangsthedruminthe · 05/09/2019 18:07

cream

AnnaNimmity · 05/09/2019 18:09

White, pale grey and bits of pink. I need to get some art for above my bed to make it more colourful I think.

What direction does it face OP? That has a bearing. Mine is at the back and is quite dark, so I need to have light colours.

BrokenWing · 05/09/2019 18:23

Painted blue recently, (dulux coastal grey), much nicer that previous bright orange. Love it.

MitziK · 05/09/2019 18:27

Dusky pale blue. Goes great with dark wood secondhand and skipped vintage furniture, crisp bedlinen and whatever accent colour I feel like (has been black, milky coffee, red and burgundy at different times in recent years).

ItsMilkAndEggsBitch · 05/09/2019 18:28

Mine is orange/cream and Moroccan styles prints. I love it it's not a traditional bedroom colour but it's so snug

Strawberrycreamsundae · 05/09/2019 18:36

Wedgewood blue (should be a darker duck egg but changes colour depending on the light), pale gold carpet, white woodwork and bedding.

Notrusthere · 05/09/2019 18:41

I think the carpet was light pink at o e poi t, now grey and worn

Walls are off white with the added extra of wood chip wallpaper Hmm

Going into that room makes me sad Sad

Lilac Smile

hazell42 · 05/09/2019 18:44

Walls are boring old magnolia.
But I do have beautiful indigo William Morris curtains. Floor length and double windows. I love closing the curtains just to look at them.
Trying to find a ceiling shade to complement atm. I thinking a glass tiffany affair in green

trilbydoll · 05/09/2019 18:45

Magnolia walls with a really offensive teal carpet. Between now and Xmas I'm intending to decorate every bedroom.

Dawninglory · 05/09/2019 18:57

After 8 tester pots on the wall, I went for Dulux Just Walnut. Colour changes at various times of the day, depending on the light. I like all of them.

CaptainButtock · 05/09/2019 19:38

Fuck egg and sulking room pink.

Arf.

Justgivemesomepeace · 05/09/2019 19:41

Grey walls, silver curtains and blue accessories. Its lovely.

Sammy867 · 05/09/2019 19:45

One wall is Egyptian cotton and the other is natural stone. The carpets are cream and accent colours are navy blue and yellow.

Disfordarkchocolate · 05/09/2019 19:46

@Thehagonthehill I've used the same Dulux paint Poppins2016 and it was really good. Definitely worth it.

greentheme23 · 05/09/2019 19:46

Farrow and Ball light blue. ( it's a duck egg)

dementedma · 05/09/2019 19:46

Beige, dark brown carpet, white bedding.

pallisers · 05/09/2019 19:49

Deep dark bluey grey. White woodwork and dark wood floors. White bedclothes.

houseofhungryboys · 05/09/2019 19:49

Ochre walls with white built-in furniture (which I hate but we can't afford to replace ☹️)
