Off the back of the other thread, I wanted to see if anyone could share how Brexit will tangibly benefit them?

I'm shocked by how many people will be/have been so acutely affected but Leave is very strong, very popular so there must be a flip side?

I'll mention I voted Remain and would do so again, but I'm NOT after a debate/bun fight about it. Just simply flipping the question to try and understand further.

@EssentialHummus

Completely off topic but that’s something I’ve thought about doing. I’ve worked in recruiting for years but I wondered about setting up a business on the side to earn extra money. I was thinking of CV writing and interview coaching.

I work at the jobcentre. We expect to be busy as our areas labour market is heavily bolstered by EU investment

janey it takes a while to build up if you don’t want to work for a larger co doing it, but I really recommend it - I love my job, wouldn’t swap it for anything.

My husband helps implement large scale change in financial services. For the last year he’s been helping an international bank slim down their operations here and move them to another European country. He sees more contracts of the same sort in the short term future so...good for his pay packet now. In a few years, who knows. Luckily I have an Irish passport and we speak a decent level of French!
