dollydaydream114 · 29/08/2019 21:15

Also, if I was planning a wedding there is absolutely no way I’d be inviting people’s kids and I wouldn’t be bothered if this meant some parents had to decline the invitation.

beccarocksbaby · 29/08/2019 21:16

I poo at work

I wash my bedding fortnightly

I don't dust

I think Mrs Hinch is a charlatan

I don't think an affair automatically means LTB

dollydaydream114 · 29/08/2019 21:17

If I need a poo at work, I use the mens toilets when they are not about.

This made me laugh! I wouldn’t dare set foot in the men’s, there’s always pee on the floor and it’s never clean. Buy yourself some VIPoo and use the ladies!

SaffronFields · 29/08/2019 21:19

My confession is my 14 month old watches at least 4 episodes of Peppa Pig a day.

x2boys · 29/08/2019 21:19

And my Mil died before we got married but I'm sure she was lovely.

LaMarschallin · 29/08/2019 21:20

I once found a door to a mysterious room at the end of my attic that didn't seem to appear on the house plans.

I wondered about prising open the concealed, locked door to see what lay within...

Then I thought, "Sod it!", sawed it off the rest of the house and fly-tipped it.

TeacherDeMFL · 29/08/2019 21:20

@SaffronFields right that’s it..I’m calling the police Grin

DinosaursWouldEatYou · 29/08/2019 21:23

I like the royal family!

JonSlow · 29/08/2019 21:23

I’m neither a mum nor a net.

Anyat212 · 29/08/2019 21:24

I had a baby shower and I don't think they are tacky.

I have a bin in my bathroom

I also have a toilet brush in my bathroom

OP - love the poo one of going in the men's loos at work 😂

bellajay · 29/08/2019 21:24

I like going to baby showers and think it’s nice to celebrate an exciting event in a friend’s life.

user1493759849 · 29/08/2019 21:25

@MissConductUS

I'm a yank and proud to be one.

I am English, and proud to be English.

coffeeagogo · 29/08/2019 21:25

I think 80% of the advice that people write they wouldn't follow themselves.
I work full time and i don't feel even a little bit guilty about it
I do all the the finances for our family and I can't understand and why so many women don't get involved / care about getting involved

Jengnr · 29/08/2019 21:26

I have a toilet brush
Bedding and towels get washed when I can be bothered/remember
I had a no kids/evening guests/wedding list/pay bar wedding
I don’t care if people eat at their desks or on a train or whatever
I also don’t care about how much telly the kids watch
I didn’t know MN frowned on work pooing but I do that too

VegetablesAreTables · 29/08/2019 21:26

My dc have over an hour of screen time pretty much every day.

Deadringer · 29/08/2019 21:27

I don't batch cook, ever. I don't have a slow cooker and will never have one, I like food that cooks quickly (impatient) and I don't want to eat mush. I always answer the door when the bell rings, unexpected guests are welcome, and they don't have to remove their shoes to come in.

livinglavidavillanelle · 29/08/2019 21:27

I sometimes don't wash my bedsheets for three weeks!

Brassicbumblebee · 29/08/2019 21:27

I warmly welcome people who pop round without a appointment and am glad they turned up. I even tell them to keep their shoes on.

MummatoaMunchkin · 29/08/2019 21:28

I like Macdonalds
I let my son watch as much tv as he wants
I also let him eat cake
I have a loo brush
Im rubbish at cooking
I like my MIL
I had a childfree wedding
We got money as wedding gifts
I do not like answering my door but i have genuine reasons so 🤷‍♀️
I dislike cleaning and do as little as i can
