Ironing his stupid trousers!!!

DP doesn’t live with me, he visits at weekends. He lives at home with mummy who does everything for him.

He recently had a hernia op. He bought some cargo trousers as he was told jeans would be too tight around the ball sack.

So he comes to my house to stay for the week. During which he leaves his stupid trousers on the bathroom floor and soaked them with shower water. Next day he asks me where his trousers are. I suggested they may be where he left them. He acts horrified and says “you left them in that state on the floor?!” So I say “no, YOU left them in that state”. He storms off muttering to himself and then asks me to wash them. I tell him to put them in the wash basket and they will be washed with next load. He does this whilst continuing to mutter to himself. A few hours later he asks where stupid trousers are. I say they’re on the line drying. He snaps “for God’s sake, I need them! Couldn’t you have put them in the dryer?” So I simply say “no”.

Now the best bit, he comes up to me later with said stupid trousers and asks where he should put them to be ironed. I sarcastically reply “the ironing board”. Stupid twat only went and laid them on the ironing board to await my arrival!!

I refused to iron them and told him to do it himself. He kicked off saying he didn’t know how to. WIBU to not do it for him?

What are his good points? Does he have any?

NoLeopard · 16/08/2019 11:06

How on earth do you allow him to talk to you like that? Muttering and ordering you about like he's some kind of god. Shock The kindest thing you can do is to talk to his mum about how infantilising grown up children is not a good look. On the other hand maybe it's her way of keeping him at home forever. Either way get rid.

I had an epiphany about this during a dream and dumped him the following morning.

Honestly, can you still find him attractive after that?

I was going to ask the same thing? How can you bring yourself to shag him?
