To think that a dino footstool would enhance ANY room

We are looking for a new footstool. Ive found this bad bastard and I'm in love! Its in the set budget and brown- the two things he mentioned!
Dp is saying no, it will go with nothing and its a fucking dinosaur.

He's obviously wrong and I'm totally buying it but AIBU?

Im not

I grew up with a leather Donkey footstool.
All good homes have animal footstools!!! 50 years later Oaty (Donkey Oaty - geddit?) is a bit battered, but still going strong.

One of my cats hated it on sight, puffed up to double her size and primal growled at it, she avoids looking at it, strangely she doesn't mind the dino

There's a garden centre near me that sells these. They are all lined up on the shop floor. I have to give them all a little pat on the head everytime I walk past them. Grin

I think there are more dinos around than there were before the asteroid strike - what with footstalls & cuddly toys & models & robot ones they have on shows & all those movies.... Grin
