She gave the film a 1 star review because Amazon "let her buy it twice". What an absolute idiot. Does she really think Amazon police people buying things twice? Did she not think people buy duplicates as gifts etc? This has actually made me angry as it is so stupid.

Trust pilot is the worst as companies that don’t pay them have all the negative mosners and the ones with good reviews pay.

I tend to look at the 2-4 star reviews of hotels etc. Generally you get the most balanced ones.

I once read a 1 star review of a holiday apartment in Lanzarote, where the reviewer had left all their doors and windows unlocked and gone out for the evening. They got burgled. It is a crap thing to happen, but maybe lock your doors?

@Ronsters I read the same review! Didn't the owner reply telling them they have signs around the place telling them to lock their doors?! I love reading trip advisor reviews. People are crazy!

This is my favourite TripAdvisor review ever. I like that they list not only the shit they spotted, but the shit that they didn't manage to find.

My favourite was a one star review because the poster had fallen out with her travel companion so didn’t enjoy the trip!

I wanted to book a little country hotel in the Lake District via groupon but thought I would check out trip advisor first...

All the reviews were glowing apart from one that gave it one star for having no soft play for the kids like they do at butlins...
